We must all brush our bacon fries. However a healthy weight for the Bichon Frise can be anywhere between 12 to 20 pounds. I rescued one at
14 1/2 pounds the Vet and I determined that my Bichon's ideal weight is between 18 to 20 pounds. At 14 1/2 pounds her ribs were prominate and skin was loose. I've managed to get her a weight gain of 2 pounds.

The last one would also be the perfect breed for all the people these days who have the Compulsion to shave every hair on their body. I have a friend I am going to start calling Xolo! LOL!!

Humans are allergic to the protein in the dog's and cat's skin, not to the fur. So even if they don't shed or are hairless, it won't help.

I find it surprising that they mention the schnauzer but not the Scottish Terrier. Their coats are pretty much the same as is the care involved. They also didn't mention the West Highland Whiten who also has pretty much the same coat.
